“Oettinger was lovely - shiny clean on arrival, convenient elevator, OCEANFRONT with gorgeous, relaxing views, a stunning location (top deck) for hot tub, morning tea/coffee and evening dinner, really nice layout - all rooms have their own bathroom, well equipped and organized kitchen. This house appears to be completely remodeled, so it feels like a brand new house. The owners obviously take pride in this comfortable home and maintain the details to make visitors' stays problem-free. Highly recommend this Avon NC vacation home!”
“This was the nicest house that we have stayed in and we have stayed in other nice houses. Beautifully decorated. The kitchen appliances were great, and the kitchen was well organized and equipped with cookware and dishes. I really like cooking with gas, so this was a nice surprise. The house was very comfortable and offered many conveniences. It would be good for a family or friends gathering. Only my husband and I stayed there, and it was way more house than we needed, but it offered everything we needed and more. It was obvious that the owners take a lot of pride in this beach home and it is well cared for. I would love to stay there again.”

“Oettinger is a wonderful little home. It is clear that the owners look after their cozy, updated, and comfortable oceanfront gem and keep it in great shape. The upstairs king beds are amazingly comfortable (What brand of mattress is that? I need one!!). The elevator made all the difference for my elderly parents who enjoyed the first-floor master. I couldn't recommend Oettinger highly enough!”
